L'habitació és gran, actual, tot és nou, està en perfecte estat i la neteja és impecable. Els llits són grans i còmodes. Amb nevera, microones, Wi-Fi gratis, caixa forta, assecador de cabell, planxa, taula de planxar... El bany té una bona mida, tot és nou i els articles d'higiene facilitats són de qualitat. L'esmorzar és bàsic, però abundant i suficient: self service amb bagels variats, formatge crema, ous durs, magdalenes, croissants, cereals, iogurts, fruita fresca, sucs de fruita, cafès de diverses menes, xocolata calenta, llet fresca... Hi ha torradora. La máquina de cafès està disponible (gratis) les 24h. També hi ha màquina de gel. El personal és amable i col·laborador. L'hotel està perfectament ubicat, molt proper a una estació de metro per on passen les dues línies més útils per visitar Manhattan (la 2 i la 5). En 20 minuts de trajecte s'arriba a Times Square, Grand Central o Central Park, i en 30 al Financial District. A la vorera de devant hi ha un súper, i diversos comerços de menjar. Si convé, alguna nit pot comprar el sopar al súper i menjar-lo a la zona d'esmorzars. La zona no és preciosa i hi trobes gent amb mal aspecte, però es tracta d'un carrer ample, amb molt comerç i trànsit de persones, per la qual cosa mai i a cap hora vàrem tenir sensació d'inseguretat. A més, la policia hi patrulla constantment (sovint entren a l'hotel a prendre un cafè i fer un descans). En resum, malgrat estar al Bronx és un hotel ideal per fer turisme a Manhattan, i té una relació qualitat preu impensable al centre, on mai trobaràs una habitació d'aquestes característiques ni pagant el doble. El recomano fervorosament i hi tornaré el proper cop que vagi a NY.
