Located one block from The Galleria shopping area, JW Marriott Houston by the Galleria features a large outdoor pool area and 2 restaurants. It offers modern accommodation with free WiFi. The staff was very nice, and they gave us a gift due to it being our anniversary, which was very sweet! The pool was also clean and at a great temperature 10/10

I have been staying at other expensive hotels in Houston at least twice a week, but I wanted to experience something different. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced such exceptional service before. This hotel has truly surpassed all my expectations.
