Everything travelers need is on hand and easily available. The staff were outstanding and so helpful even when the lifts temporarily broke down. We were kept informed of everything, they helped in any way they could. Highly recommended as a place to stay in downtown LA. The lounge and library were such good places to hang out and work. Check out also the Grand Market in walking distance for excellent breakfast.

The hotel is also surrounded with convenient store, restaurants and Starbucks. It’s also a stone’s throwaway from food trucks.

Really comfortable and stylish accommodation, helpful and friendly staff. The facilities are amazing, pool, sauna, steam rooms, common areas, rooftop terrace, bars, there is an endless list of things to explore within the hotel itself. We loved it and hope to return.
