The staff were very friendly, helpful, and went out there way to ensure we had a good time especially Sadae who tended to our needs effortlessly and efficiently. The location was great as well very easy to get around.

Easy to contact and make an appointment to hand over the keys upon arrival. Very friendly welcome, guided tour of the house. There were drinks in the fridge, as well as cake and wine. We were able to use the garden house as well as the terrace and the (heated) pool alone. The hosts were available to answer any questions we had. There is a parking space available in front of the house (limited street parking). The house is very clean, has a heater that heats up very quickly, fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi. Bathroom/toilet on the ground floor - 14 steps up to the bedroom. Nice neighborhood, also some cafes and restaurants on W Pico.
