A real home away from home. On our last morning our rented car was vandalized and one of the windows was smashed. We had no idea how to handle things as tourist. We came to the reception and the hotel’s manager, Mr. Cuzzone, took the time to handle the whole matter for us, beginning with the police report and then with the rental company. The car was taken away and we were on our way in less than an hour. This was the best guest services that I ever experienced anywhere. What a nice person and a great manager! I cannot thank him enough 🙏

Hilton Garden Inn Memphis Downtown Beale Street in Memphis provides accommodation with a shared lounge and a bar. The property is set 400 metres from AutoZone Park and 700 metres from Orpheum Theater.... Perfect location to restaurants & shops but not too close to the commotion. Valet parking was convenient but it does cost close to $40/day & you need to tip the attendants each time you want your vehicle.

Steps away from Beale Street, this famed hotel celebrates the Southern tradition and charm of its past while providing luxury accommodations, including fine dining options, an indoor pool, fitness... Ducks were insane. Walking distance to everything. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

The location was great, parking easy and nice things to walk to nearby. We loved the lobby area and bar and the DJ and music playing through the amazing sound system was great. Also enjoyed all the high quality art displayed in the public areas and rooms.

Room is very clean and well equipped. Beds are really comfortable. Bathroom is very functional. Very well decorated as well and good price.
