In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

A stunning view from the 41st floor, comfortable beds, clean rooms, great location and super friendly staff. After reading some reviews we had low expectations for the included breakfast but we where pleasantly surprised. The breakfast has more than enough options for everybody so I don’t understand the criticism. We loved our stay and we would recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit New York!

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. The staff is friendly The rooms are well thought out. With good attention to detail! The lounge and the 360-view rooftop are outstanding. We even enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast at the hotel entrance! Highly recommend!

Hyatt House New York/Chelsea se nachází 644 metrů od Empire State Building a nabízí bezplatnou snídani. I liked the facilities in the rooms. We booked a king suite as I have a baby so it made it a lot easier to manage her routine and be able to make and store food for her. The rooms were clean and spacious. I also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and professional. Overall an absolute delight compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in New York.

Lokalita hotelu je naprosto perfektní. Na hlavní Penn Station je to asi 3 minuty chůze. Další zastávky metra taky ve velmi krátké docházkové vzdálenosti. Spoustu věcí a turistických atrakcí dojdete taky naprosto bez problémů. Perfektní úklid každý den.
