Incredible service, check in staff couldn't be more happy and helpful. Felt COVID safe, fantastic location and beautiful facilities, view and rooms. Couldn't of ask for a better stay. A modern 5 star city experience.

Most NYC hotels have elevator issues...but not this hotel, very effective and efficient elevator service -never waited more than 1 minute.

Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West is set in the Hudson Yards neighborhood of Manhattan, A 7-minute walk from Jacob K. very clean, nice bathroom, good products for hair, comfortable pillows,excellently placed! in the very centre in few steps from The Edge.

The Hudson River Hotel offers free WiFi. The hotel is within 1.5 km of both Times Square and the Empire State Building. Same as in the app pictures and locations is closed to most amenities. Clean place .
