Attractively located in the Northwest District district of Portland, Silver Cloud Hotel - Portland is located 1.9 miles from International Rose Test Garden, 2.1 miles from Lan Su Chinese Garden and... Nice room, close to 23rd st which is bustling with shops and restaurants and Dragonfly cafe etc. But what I really liked is that PARKING was included! So many places we've stayed at in Portland charge $28 a NIGHT!! for parking. Not cool. We walked to the Japanese garden from here, 20 minute + - it was a beautiful walk. No bums.
