The location was great, 10 min walk to the Ferry Building and 5 min to Chinatown. The room was gorgeous with a cool classic look. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was outstanding, they were on top of our needs and offered great recommendations and insights about any question we had.

Famed bars, an awe-inspiring crystal chandelier restaurant, a fitness area and a glass dome indoor pool are featured at this landmark Financial District Palace. Staff is amazing all around. Facilities are old, but everything works and nothing seems run down or overused. They take really good care of this property and all of the details.

My room on the 8th floor was relatively quiet. I liked how guests were encouraged to use the bottles in the room to fill up water at the water station on the 7th floor, which was very environmentally friendly. There is access to the garden on the 3rd floor but your key is needed to get back into the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, this Hilton is conveniently situated crossroads of the Financial District, Chinatown, and North Beach. the location was perfect for us.We had a high floor with a view of the bay as requested thank you for filling our request. Front desk service 5 star. really enjoyed the entire experience, We come to San Fran once a year and The Hilton is our new favorite.
