Loved the location, easy to walk or to take the tram. Spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast had variety. The bar and restaurant had great options as well.

El personal super atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación bien con buena ducha y buenos artículos de baño. Buen desayuno. El vino de cortesía por las tardes, un gran detalle.

We booked two rooms for my family during Thanksgiving week, but unfortunately, we had to check out well before Friday, missing out on the full experience of the gingerbread house, champagne fountain, and chocolate booth. Despite this, the glimpses we caught looked promising! The location was ideal, conveniently close to all our points of interest, and the staff was consistently accommodating. I highly recommend the hotel and eagerly anticipate staying there again on our next visit to San Francisco

Este hotel céntrico de 1907 se sitúa en el famoso barrio de Nob Hill de San Francisco, a 20 minutos a pie de los lugares de interés principales como Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown y la... The room was large, comfortable, the bed was nice. The fridge and microwave in the room were lifesavers. We had a ton of closet space as well. It was more than enough for two people. The area was also very nice, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and diagonal to a large supermarket. There were bus stops nearby as well. The people at the front desk were super nice, helped us with our bags, even let me use the shower after check out. The bathroom was shared, however we never had to wait to use it. All around a lovely experience for my first visit to San Francisco.

Este hotel se encuentra en el centro de San Francisco, a 7 km del famoso puente Golden Gate. El University Club of San Francisco ofrece varias pistas de squash y habitaciones con conexión wifi gratis.... Casi me muero cuando vi que el taxi tomaba por las las calles que suben y bajan, pero al final no resultó tan grave porque el hotel está cerca de todo el transporte necesario. La habitación es grande, el baño hermoso y aunque no tienen aire acondicionado sino un ventilador de techo, Mayela (una señora que habla espñol, di-vi-na) me trajo no solo otro ventiladorcito sino también una nevera pequeñita que me permitió tener la bebida fría todo el tiempo. El desayuno, para mí, estaba bien: café, jugo de naranja -no natural-, algunas frutas, pan, facturas, manteca, mermelada, yoghurt, cereales. Como dije, Mayela -y Jorge- atentísimos. Hermoso lugar antiguo y refaccionado.

Perfectly located to explore city’s highlights. We could reach pretty much everything we wanted by just walking. You can watch cable cars from apartment windows, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were always very nice and kind to us. The area around felt safe and clean.
