The thoughtful gesture of offering water, tea, and coffee in the lobby, along with the complimentary two bottles of water upon check-in, allowed me to stay hydrated and refreshed throughout my stay. The cherry on top was the delightful surprise of receiving a complimentary champagne during check-in, making me feel truly valued and indulged with the outstanding service provided.
