A truly satisfying stay at the hotel from check in to check out, the staff were very welcoming and dedicated, they always smiled and greeted me every time they saw me. I am very impressed with the staff here, lovely, friendly and ready to assist when I need help. Another impressive thing here is that the welcome drink is very delicious. The room was clean and tidy. One thing to note for everyone is to arrange your trip in advance because in the center of Ho Chi Minh City there are many places for you to visit. The staff were brilliant - friendly, kind and helpful. We came back here at the end of our travels around Vietnam purely due to the staff. My daughter loved the welcome drink she was given on arrival and the staff were very kind in giving her some every time we passed through reception. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean bathroom. There was a bit of a smell from the fridge when opened but I suspect that the previous guests had stored durian in it. The hotel is a great location from all the tourist areas, we walked to all places from here and nowhere was too far. The rooftop pool and bar is a great addition with views of the city, although the pool is small it was quiet and perfect for children to play. The staff even helped us to look for our transport and make sure we left and came back safely each day.

Paragon Saigon Hotel (tidigare Royal Lotus Hotel Saigon) är en modernt boende med vacker fransk-vietnamesisk inredning, knappt 5 minuters promenad från operahuset och shoppingcentret Vincom. This hotel’s location was great! It was walking distance to a lot of food options, shopping, Saigon Central Post Office, Ben Thanh Market, and Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon. The service at the hotel was definitely four star worthy. Breakfast buffet was delicious and afternoon tea was included.
