She went above and beyond, cooking delicious carry-out for me on the first day I arrived. She also gave me free mangoes and madarins every day, as well as water whenever I asked. She also helped me find a cheaper taxi option a few times. And gave a few pointers on how to get to major tourist attractions for less money. The room was extremely comfortable. The location is good, far enough away from all the happening places to be quiet at night. I didn't get to try the pool, but it looked nice! I would definitely recommend staying here for a few days to explore Kanchanaburi. I decided to stay an extra night.

The guesthouse is located 650 metres from the Mon Bridge. Guests can cross over the bridge to visit the Mon Village or rent boats for a day to explore the temples and surrounding areas. They can also participate in giving alms to monks every morning at 06:30 hrs. A nice, decent-sized and comfortable room with a porch area to relax on. The wifi wasn't terrible, but a bit spotty. I like the location - halfway between the 7/11 and the Mon bridge/lake, so it feels like you can walk anywhere. The owners are very hands-off, but said to call him if I needed anything at all. I left my used cups and garbage bin on the porch on morning and it was all cleaned and taken care of when I got home in the evening. Great!

The guesthouse has a beautiful garden and community kitchen and the room had a balcony with a nice view. The guesthouse owners were super friendly. They helped me with everything I needed and gave me a lift to the bus stop when it was time to leave. We also had some nice chats and I had a very good time staying at their place.
