Set in Nagasaki and within 1.3 km of Nagasaki Station, Almas Guest House(アルマス） features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. This was the most comfortable hostel I've ever stayed in. It felt like a little home. Very quiet and cozy and Takako was very helpful.

It was clean, beds were very comfortable and it had a very good equipped kitchen. The staff were also very nice and helpful, they spoke great english too. There was a cafe just right next to the hostel that served very tasty things.

It‘s like staying at someone’s home, really. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the owner is very welcoming. Everyone got a little amuse bouche, so to speak, when paying in cash. And it was so delicious. I read a lot about the rules. At first I thought they seemed strict, but really it‘s just basic manners. Just don‘t be rude, I got my deposit back, no problem.
