Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. What can I say? This hostel is just perfect! Clean, cozy, modern, good location, nice staff... you name it.

Room is clean and comfortable to stay, mattress is super comfy. We had a very good sleep for the night. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. We were late for our bus to Mishima station for Kyoto, and rooms were fully booked on the day, fortunately the host helped us to make resevation at nearby hotel. We had a lovely experience. Highly reccomend this place.

HOSTEL MICHIKUSA-YA er staðsett í Fujikawaguchiko, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Kawaguchi-vatni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði og sameiginlegri setustofu. Place is very clean, owner speaks English and is very helpful and considerate. The dormitory has 12 people capacity but it is not fully used on purpose, in order to keep the place comfortable for all guests. The Mt Fuji view from the shared space/garden is spectacular in the morning, on a clear day (see my pic). Hostel is located in a quite neighborhood a bit out of the tourist attractions, 15-20 minutes walk from the bridge. I stayed there for two nights and rented a bike for 2 days so I can ride back to the hostel. Would definitely stay again.

Hostel Mt. Fuji - FUKUYA is set in Fujiyoshida, 1.4 km from Fujikyu Highland. Gekkoji Station is 450 metres away and Fujisan Station is 1 km away. Complimentary tea and coffee are available. The host was amazing, being so nice and caring with us, as well as helping us plan the trip. Great location, very good breakfast and very comfy beds. I strongly recommend.

One of my absolute favourite stays, the staff are so friendly, the place it’s self felt so authentic and clean. Could not recommend it enough!

Situated in Fujikawaguchiko, 八-Hachi- Accommodation has free bikes, garden, shared lounge, and free WiFi throughout the property. Such a lovely place to stay with Mt Fuji view ! 😊

Dot Hostel&Bar 富士山 is located in Fujikawaguchiko. With a shared lounge, the property also has a bar. American breakfast is available. Good location, wonderful view of Fuji, easy to take bus , only 3 mins walk to bus station. The place is very clean and cozy, international, although it‘s mixed dormitory with man, you still feel safe there.

Easy to find food. Room was comfortable and clean. Toilets and shower area are clean too. Staff was helpful.
