The Cottage is our largest unit on the property, giving plenty of space for a couple to spread out and relax. With a private outdoor bath out the back and a cozy front porch, it offers some great outdoor spaces to unwind. Inside, the cottage boasts a separate bedroom with doors that open out to a quaint back deck. The lounge offers a large couch, which makes it ideal for hunkering down and watching a movie in the evening. There's a dining space, as well as a well-appointed kitchen. Eat out, order in food or cook up a storm in the kitchen - the choice is yours! The Cottage is a quiet, romantic space that's perfect for couples. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach, only a 2 minute walk away as well as a regular bus service nearby to Ostend Saturday Market, supermarket and shops. Palm beach is our favourite beach on the island, and down the road there is the Palm Beach store which makes the best toasted sandwiches and coffee's which make for a yummy breakfast or lunch. If your wanting to explore further public transport Buses are regular with stops for buses in both directions within a few minutes walk of the cottage. Timetables and bus maps are available on the Fullers website . Taxis are available but they get very busy during the summer months, so ensure you book if you need to be somewhere at a particular time. Tours of the island can be arranged with experienced tour operators.

Welcome to The Cottage! We're Josh & Chevonne, a married couple that have lived on Waiheke for around 10 years. We love nature, good food & dinks, travel and socialsing with friends. Josh works as builder on the island and Chevonne works in Auckland City in the finance industry. We love that Waiheke has so much beauty to offer and so many incredible places to eat, drink and make memories! Throughout our travels we have come to realise that the place you stay isn't in while visiting a destitanation can make or break an experience. Our goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable place to relax and unwind after a day of adventuring the island. Enjoy a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful Palm Beach. Palm Beach store is at the bottom of the street where you can grab a coffee and one of their famous toasties!
