The location is great and we liked the very large and clean room, the good selection of breakfast each morning around the pool. Also the fact that the Motel had it's own laundry for the guest. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Immediate attention was given to us when we could not get our TV control to work and also when we couldn't get the safe opened. The Motel at night is very quiet and peaceful which allowed for a good nights sleep.

Sarah, who checked us in, went above and beyond and was just so warm and welcoming. Pool was great, free parking was great too, and I think the exterior is really smartly decorated. Importantly, I was traveling with my mom so we prefer separate beds; the hotels downtown seemed smaller/offered only one bed in the same price range. Key West hotels seem very pricy, but this place was the best value we found! Lots of little gems in this property from the friendly staff to the rooftop.RebeccaFamily with young children

El Patio is a quaint little retro motel. It is located in Old Town, convenient to the beach, sights restaurants and Duval St. It's a bare bones motel but a great value. If you're looking for all the frills of big name hotels, this is not the motel for you. If you're looking for a clean room that's a great value then look no further.

I want a quiet motel, close to Duval, but not too crowded with tourists. Soutwind provided the perfect location for us to celebrate my husband's life. Having a bar on premises was a GREAT plus! Christine at the Tipsy Rooster was a perfect host to get our celebration started and to close out the night. Enjoyed the live music too!
