Curatenie excelenta, sevicii de calitate. Bucataria foarte buna , am avut demipensiune dar am folosit si restaurantul hotelului deschis celor din afara hotelului (am invitat niscte prieteni care m-au vizitat). Meniul a fost variat si locul placut. Sejurul a fost minunat.

Reception staff, welcoming, helpful, gracious. Our room was clean, and comfortable, and exceptionally prepared each day of our stay. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of buffet choices and freshly prepared cooked meals if preferred. Waiting staff welcoming and very helpful.Afternoon 'cake' a real treat. Facilities in the hotel were excellent, garden, saunas, pool, pond etc.

The staff on reception were exceptional and this continued through the rest of the hotel. The room was a very good size and spotlessly clean The food was outstanding Plenty to do in the spa area and swimming outside in water at 30 degrees while watching the snow on the mountains was a fantastic experience. Will definitely visit in the summer to use the swim pond. Plenty of organised activities, or simply relax and unwind
