Edda provided us everything we needed and gave all the tourist tips for Bad Gastein and the surrounding area, organized everything with great care and prepared an incredible breakfast every day. A small family owend hotel, it seems that the whole family is invested in making your stay comfortable and fun. The staff was helpful and kind - from the main desk, to the waitress and the kitchen. The design of the room and the hotel itself was beautiful and updated. The room was as clean as possible. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel. There is a spa area in the hotel that we didn't get to use. Breakfast was excellent. In the evening the lobby becomes an inviting and cool looking bar with great snacks to eat, and fun atmosphere. Location is perfect in middle of town, near restaurants, supermarket, and the cable car. There is a hotel parking.

Great location: 8 minute walk to train station, 5 minutes walk to bus stop, and 10 minute walk to town center but away from noise. Hotel was so clean and modern. Reception was excellent helping with my questions. Best stay of our trip.
