What an experience. I have visited several hotels in my life but Malak in Sarajevo excels in everything. The wonderful Arabian scent, hygiene, spa, variety in food and the complete picture. The staff is very friendly and willing to put the customer in the spotlight. We had made the plan to stay one day, but the fantastic experiences made it three. If Allah makes it possible, we will come again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Breakfast was excellent: great variety and quality. The room was large and comfortable, very well decorated. The bathroom had an excellent shower and bathtub. The staff were very friendly and always available. The hotel is near enough the main sites. When I return to Sarajevo, I'll definitely stay in this hotel again.
