Es el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones de senderismo, ciclismo o escalada.... The hotel staff are very nice, the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and it is very peaceful to fall asleep to the sound of the river at night. Breakfast was perfect. We will come back to stay next time. Thank you!

Conveniently located very close to the train station and to the gondola lift to the Aletsch Arena, we had a warm welcome. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant offers an excellent dinner, with many home made dishes and special touches which are very enjoyable. On top of the usual menu, seasonal options were on offer. We tried the homemade "foie gras" and the marinated salmon. Delicious with excellent service, definitely worth going. The same applies to the breakfast, which included the homemade "Dreikönigskuchen" on top of the regular options (ham, cheese, cereals, yogurt, fruits, brioche, bread - including gluten free...) Excellent stay overall.

The hotel and its design was modern but not overwhelming. The very few cases where a king/queen size bed came with a single mattress and not with double. The bathroom was fantastic too. Staff at the restaurant was very helpful with great recommendations.

Lo mejor es poder ir al Glaciar Aletsch desde el mismo pueblo, de donde sale el telecabina. Es amplio y bien equipado para una pareja, o pareja con un niño. La terraza es maja, para poder desayunar y cenar en ella con buen paisaje de fondo

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast spread was great with many options to fuel yourself before a day on the snow. The location was great as it was close to the Eggishorn chair lift however that hill was steep after a while. Great views of the mountains from the balcony. The sauna was amazing and the restaurant downstairs was delicious.

Calm and cozy hotel with all comforts. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is really good. The village is amazing with an incredible view. Our 2-year-old kid was very happy with the kindergarten close to the hotel and our dog was really happy to walk around the mountains.

The best part is of course the view from the room. Incredibly beautiful mountains, forest and small houses of the village Fiesch. Very friendly staff who, at any request, could always help and provide everything you need. Everything is fine, everyone liked it. My personal advice is to add scrambled eggs to your breakfast if possible. So, 10/10

staff was incredible, Sandro you’re the man!!!! such a beautiful place to stay. best part was the sauna then having a cold plunge right outside. so good nothing bad to say 10/10

El hotel en si es precioso, la decoración antigua y las habitaciones son brutales. La cama muy cómoda y las vistas desde la habitación preciosas. El baño bastante bien. El personal muy amable. Decidimos cenar allí y nos encantó la comida también, a precio típico de Suiza pero buena calidad.
