It is clean, there is laundry service, the staff even help do laundry for us, and help us book taxi for early in the morning check out, close to a lot of food shops, and they’re very delicios and cheap

Located in Yangshuo, The Bamboo Leaf Yangshuo offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Staff were excellent & went out of their way for us.

Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel er staðsett meðfram ánni Taohua í miðbæ Guilin og státar af húsgarði í kínverskum stíl. The location of this hotel is well situated on the outskirts of Guilin city. It has several attractions within a walkable distance, such as Reed Flute Cave, but it is also a drivable within an hour and a half to major tourist sites like Longji rice terraces to the north and Yangshou county to the south. It is also within a cozy village, and we explored the local restaurants in the first day. The friendly owner of the establishment went above and beyond in service, responded through text quickly to arrange private tours to the places we wanted to go. We were picked up from the train station when we arrived at Guilin and transported back at the end of the trip. Breakfast options range from homemade local guilin rice noodles with fruit to a more western style option if preferred. Bed was comfortable with working wifi and AC. I was expecially impressed by the small things, how when we came back from a long day of touring the owner would always have fresh fruit waiting for us, how the towels and complimentary water would be refilled and waiting for us on our return, and how we were given a bag with snacks and other items for our trip home. If you are looking for a relaxed, local experience with good service that serves as a base to set off to see all Guilin has to offer, then I can't recommend this place enough.

This is our 2nd stay at the Apsara plus 1 stay at the neighbouring sister hotel Moondance. It's ideal for hiking, biking, e-biking, rafting, rock climbing, and rafting ........... Check-in was easy, just hand in the passports/ID and they'll bring them back to you when registered, the public area has a cosy fireplace, a small bar and a restaurant area. Tea and coffee are on hand all day, and afternoon snacks are provided as well. The restaurant food is mostly Chinese but tasty and a few other bits such as chicken popcorn and chips for the kids. Breakfast is fine with cereals, toast, a range of hot foods, eggs and noodle soups. The pool is open all year and the brave in winter can take a dip! there is outdoor seating overlooking the river and a rainproof gazebo in wet weather. The rooms are spacious and rustic. the beds are clean and comfortable with aircon for hot and cold as needed. Some rooms are suitable for families singles couples and friends so plenty of choices. Tips - contact the hotel for we chat connections and they can be super helpful and cater for your needs. free bikes are on hand and the hotel can help with a range of activities, many an easy cycle or within an hours walk. hiking the back trails along the rivers and karst is easy and well worth it but download apps to your phone such as MapsMe, Locus Map and A Map have most of the paths marked between them. The nearest train station is Yangshuo 2h30m ish from Guangzhou and 4-5h30m from Wuhan and the airport at Guilin. The hotel can arrange transfers.

Li River Resort er staðsett á vesturbakka Li-árinnar og býður upp á afslappandi athvarf í kínverskum stíl. Gististaðurinn er með fallegt útsýni yfir Li-ána og Karst-fjöllin. In addition to the outstanding room and view, the attention to detail from the staff was incomparable to the average hotel. The room was not only incredibly clean, but warmed up upon our arrival. When we did not arrive at the time we said, we received a call to check up on whether we made it to the city alright. A private car brought guests to and from the city center and back 4 times a day. They also accommodated for vegans by subbing out pre-set menu items, but the offerings were already pretty extensive. In addition, everything we had was tasty, but the coffee stood out. The milk to add to the coffee was also warm, another great attention to detail.

Tucked away from the city, relaxing, nice views. restaurant and pool available. Beautiful bike ride into town. Staff were so helpful and really made our stay feel special. Very close to a bus stop to Xingping, which was convenient! 15 min bike ride to the city of Yangshuo, bikes and e-bikes available to rent.

Right opposite Two Rivers and Four Lakes, Guilin Rong Lake Aroma Tea House, formerly Jing Guan Ming Lou Museum Hotel, is located in the city centre. The staff is great, very helpful and kind. The location is perfect, it's quiet and beautiful, there is a wonderful lake just across from the hotel and a wonderful view of the mountains from the 5th floor. There are plenty of shops around. The breakfast included was consistent and delicious. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were nice details all around the hotel, the place was interesting and tastefully decorated. The place for the tea ceremony was also a very special point. I highly recommend the place

Guilin Village Creek Inn er staðsett í Guilin, 1,3 km frá Reed Flute-hellinum og býður upp á gistirými með heilsuræktarstöð, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garð og sameiginlega setustofu. Melody (at the reception) was really helpful and compensated for our inability to speak to mandarin. She organised all the tours for us and was very patient with us. We were upgraded for free and there is free tap water and breakfast included. The hotel is set in a really nice location which is tranquil, though you will need a bike or DiDi to get into town.
