Situated in Tamarindo, 500 metres from Tamarindo Beach, House of Nomad - Adults only features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This is our 4th time in Costa Rica and this is the best hotel we ever stayed at. It is a beautiful, modern, spotless hotel walking distance to the beach. You can't beat the location. The pool is half-olympic size, amazing! The rooms are huge, with comfy beds. the bathroom is the biggest (and cleanest:) I have found in Costa Rica. The modern kitchen really helps when you dont feel like going out. We will definitely be back next year .

Guests can make use of a bar.... I can attest to what folks familiar with this area already know - SoulShine's breakfast/lunch is by far the best in the area, if not the entire province of Guanacaste. The menu has uniquely delicious, wholesome offerings, including some of the best bread, tapas, and smoothies I've ever had. The gardens provide a peaceful, beautiful oasis, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. And last but not least, the owners are exceptionally helpful, lovely people.

Located in Tamarindo, Hotel Casa Carlota Tamarindo features a garden. There is a year-round outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I travel a lot and I don't think I've met friendlier or more helpful hosts at this hotel. Due to a shortage of rental cars throughout Costa Rica, I was without transportation when I arrived at the hotel. Jeffrey and Shirley gave me a ride to downtown Tamarindo and even took time from their busy schedule to provide a personal tour of the town. Shirley even arranged an Uber taxi for me to travel to my next stop at Coco Beach. They are renovating the hotel and it is now modern, clean and reasonably priced.
