Marisa and her Cousine could compete for Michelin star :). If you are staying in Casa Marisa or not you should get a meal there. It is not the cheapest one, but it is definetely the best one on the Island.

Nastanitev Hotel Savana s 3 zvezdicami se nahaja ob morju v mestu São Filipe in ponuja zunanji bazen, vrt ter teraso. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though some of them didn’t speak very good English, they made a lot of effort to communicate with us. And they were very patient with our many requests. They also allowed us to check in earlier and check our later with no additional fees. Truly the best staff. The place looks better in real life than in the photos. It really has a colonial vibe. The AC worked perfectly - probably the best we experienced during our trip to Cabo Verde. We had an amazing view of the city, the sea and the Brava island (room no 9)

Nastanitev Edificio Cosec Hotel se nahaja v mestu Cova Figueira in ponuja zunanji bazen, skupni prostor za druženje ter bar, na voljo pa je tudi brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. The staff especially the owner Toni were so helpful in arranging transfers and organising our stay. The room was very nice and the swimming pool was great. The evening we stayed there coincided with an amazing event celebrating Women of Cape Verde with a banquet, disco and excellent live musicians. Toni helped us plan our walking tour to Alcatraz and Faja which was excellent. The hotel's location is good if you are planning hikes in the area (which is cooler than most of the island) such as around Estancia Roque and along the coast. The paths are well marked. Finally Toni made sure we got back to Sao Filipe ok when the normal aluguers werent't running as it was a holiday. I wish them all the lu ck in the world in making the hotel a success.

Nastanitev Txon DFogo Pensão Restaurante je v mestu São Filipe in ponuja bar ter restavracijo. Great location. Walking distance to stores. It can get a little noisy if your room is facing the entrance, but it’s not too crazy.

The Colonial Guest House in São Filipe boasts accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and a bar. Each accommodation at the hotel has sea views and free WiFi. Great place. The house looks like a museum, so lovely. Great breakfast. Very central location.
