The staff constantly made sure that you had what you needed. At one point my wife had an upset stomach and the staff was quick in making sure she was treated. They went as far as going out and getting her chicken soup. John and Elizabeth were awesome hosts and made the stay memorable. I recommend you have them take you on their tours. Their tours are customized for you. I highly recommend this hotel. "Mi hermana esta en la cocina"..."Cuy y Biscocho!!!"

There are several salons closeby including Sudamericana (recommended!). The owner is knowledgeable & helpful. The rooms are super clean & stylish. Of course, the artwork (of Che) inside is very unique & beyond incredible. You cannot find such a place very often (if ever?) with such ambiance, cleanliness, & convenience of location.

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but this place is just great and the hosts could not have been more helpful, the communication was excellent and the coffee was the best ever. This small hotel is not only new (opened three years ago) but also perfectly maintained and super clean. Tucked in a quiet and safe corner, in a short walking distance to a shopping mall (2 mins away), taxis and ATMs, the hotel is also close to the city centre, so we even walked downtown (15 mins) and back in the evening. The beds meet the standards of a four-star hotel, so you can sleep comfortably after chilling in bed watching Netflix and resting before climbing Chimborazo.
