This converted convent is in the beautiful Duero Valley and has its own vineyard and a spa. We loved the beautiful old world charm and how this historic monastery was so well renovated, the history of the place, the gorgeous grounds with the River Tormes, the trees, the vineyards, and the fantastic service by the friendly, professional staff. The included breakfast was great and we really enjoyed the restaurant - Jorge was especially helpful in recommending wines, the entire staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious. The sautéed spinach with garlic (actually on their bar menu) was the best spinach dish we've ever had in Spain. From inside the restaurant, we actually saw the chef in the garden by the river picking our spinach fresh for the dish - we loved that! The buildings and spaces were so cozy and charming, the restaurant was beautiful, and our room and its views were fantastic. The wine tasting was also great - very informative and enjoyable in the impressive cellar. Our spa treatments were also wonderful. The mill house where the spa is located is so beautiful and Anna was so kind and did an amazing job on my treatment. What was very special is that she remembered from my email contact that it was my birthday and she had a bottle of the Hacienda's Brut Rose Cava for us to drink while we were in the jacuzzi! It was so thoughtful and a delicious cava. We couldn't finish it all then, so she made sure that it was saved for us and brought to us in the restaurant that dinner after dinner. I got the Rosas y Vino (roses and wine) treatment - it was amazing and she did such an incredible job. One of the best spa treatments I've every received. We definitely look forward to returning soon!

Staff is just excellent - nice , helpful and smiling all the way . We will come again many times for sure . Our special gratitude for preparing wonderful breakfast in the bar specially for us and two hours early normal breakfast time . We did not ask such favor - they offered this !

The staff was super nice to us and extremly helpful in a way I've never felt before, we had trouble with our rented car and they went above and byond to help us, after a day they came to us and ask if we were able to sort it and if we're ok. It just made us feel so welcomed and at home. The food was amazing, one of the best meals we had in Spain, even if you don't stay there go have dinner!!! I would so love to go there again! Wifi was good, hot water in the shower, the staff warmed the room ahead for us... I really can't say enough about this place lol

Velmi pestrá nabídka snídaně, dokonce při nevyužití objednané snídaně kvůli brzkému odjezdu byl připravený bohatý balíček na cestu. Hotel je situován v historickém jádru města, kamkoli dojdete pěšky. Hned na příjezdu jsme dostali mapu města, takže orientace po okolí byla velmi snadná.

Very attractive but pricey stopover in this secluded village. (I understand it is much busier in season). Basic accommodation in a surprising colour scheme. The underground parking was a bonus, but not for a car much larger than mine. There was a coach party staying so I avoided dining in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent but extra.

The room is big and clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied and the outside pool is super. We were also lucky because it was very good weather, so we could fully enjoy it. I also like that it is so easy to park the car there and it is for free. The personnel is super friendly. It was not my first time in this hotel and it will not be the last, it has a very high ratio quality for money.
