Spa Hotel Runni is situated next to a meandering river, beautiful location. The "jazz menu" was a delight- 2 starters, a main course of braised salmon and 2 contrasting desserts. The two chefs provided a gourmet experience. Then a wonderful jazz concert by a trio led by the virtuoso, Iiro Rantala. All in all, a perfect evening. Saturday's brunch was also great, the normal hotel breakfast selection complemented by a large selection of cakes - the Sacher cake was perfect. Hopefully, this will be the first of many jazz and fine dining evenings in Runni.
