Getting an upgrade to a riverview room during Royal Regatta was a present we didn't expect. We could watch te races through our window. The old English atmosphere was amazing and the staff really friendly. Breakfast was really good with a great choice. Even specials coffees were nog ploblem without paying extra. The location at the waterfront is fantastic. Certainly would stay here again.

We loved everything! The staff did very well taking care of us, especially the receptionist staff, and the lady who packed our breakfast for us to take with we were running late. We would book at the hotel again in a heartbeat. Loved, loved, loved it!

Had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, food was excellent. Surrounded by tall trees and expansive grounds to wander, birds everywhere (including some fabulous and very friendly peacocks).

The room and bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, the breakfast was very good and there were lots of options available in the dining room and the restaurant staff and reception staff were extremely pleasant and efficient.
