WHITE DONKEY Hotel features a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Chrani. This 4-star hotel offers free shuttle to/from the beach (9:00-17:00) and room service. The drive into the hotel is beautiful, driving in the olive groves you can smell the olives. On arrival you see infinity pool & the coastline, then are given a small tour of the grounds to include bar, restaurant, olive groves, and fountain for fresh water to refill during your stay. Walking to the room you smell lavender and olives all around, you are greeted by the hotel pets, 2 donkeys, 2 cats, and a chicken. Breakfast is delicious at the pool in the morning, different pastries everyday. My family also had lunch at the pool during the day, the carbonara, calamari, greek salad were delicious! There's a circle of 3 grocery stores nearby to get a taste of the local ingredients, and the samples of the room's olive oil products are heavenly!!!! We wet to the nearby beach and spent the day there, really nice for snorkeling (different colored fish to see) and snack bar on the beach (2 euros a beer, 2 euros for a ham & cheese sandwich).

The charming and historical venue was stunning and the management were very hospitable. Effie and George could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect 1/2 way between the old town and new town square and cafes and shops at the door step. The bus stop is three minutes walk and for 1.3 euros takes you to the beautiful beach and beach bars and seafood taverns. The bed was the most comfortable for our entire four week six accommodation stays. Luxury towels and robes and the best shower in Greece. Quiet private and the most beautiful breakfast is served. Good wifi and we loved the balcony to view the interesting local town comings and going’s. We recommend this hotel for romantic stay for couples who appreciate comfort and luxury with a great location.
