Everything was great. Although I was not there much during the days because of tours and stuff, the evenings were nice. Staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful and cooked delicious food. The place is away from the village in a lush greenery and we loved it! Service was super friendly and fast. They even helped us with the transfer to Tikal and back. Our double room was simple but big, with a big terrace with chairs and a hammock to relax and enjoy the greenery / to read etc. Bed was comfortable and had a decent mosquito net. They have a decent menu so we seldom ate breakfast there or had some drinks. The hotel is a walking distance from El Remate so we also walked to visit some restaurants or tienda for some snacks when we wanted to. My favourite thing for sure was the fact it's a little away and in the greenery, little hidden gem. Because it's close to the bioreserve, it was wonderful to hear the sounds of nature and especially have our first experience with howler monkeys howling 🙂 I would recommend it for sure.

The serenity, the views, the staff, the food, the wildlife, the Mariolas (!!!!). Not to mention the tastefully done casitas with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.

We stayed 3 nights and we loved it from the moment we arrrived. It is a very clean hotel, with a relaxed atmosphere and in center of Flores placed in walking distance to everything. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Karolina and Hans gave us really good service and recommendations for activities and restaurants around the town which made our stay here very special and unique. Thank you we enjoyed and will recommend everyone to go and we will definitely return once we are back in Flores.
