Haveli is situated in a quiet and very convenient location - most of tourist attractions (City palace, lake Pichola, Jagdish temple, Gangour ghat and Bagore Ki haveli) are within short distance by foot. The guest house is located in an old authentic house, very nicely renovated and tastefully furnished. The interior of the guest house is much more impressive in reality than the photos can convey. The view from the roof top terrace to the City palace is breath taking! The guest house is very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the omelette was the tastiest in India. The special praise must go to the staff, who were very helpful and gave a lot of personal attention.

Raas Devigarh is perfection if you are looking for a relaxing 5 star experience stay away from the hustle and bustle of the City . The location in the hills is breathtaking. The Palace is spectacular. It has been impeccably restored, retaining the original character and granduire. The hotel including rooms, restaurants, bar, pool and grounds are beautiful and meticulously mantained. The service was amazing from the front desk staff, waiters, house-keeping, spa attendants and managers. The food was delicious with many local and international options. Wish we had stayed longer.

Previously owned by the Maharaj of Madri and restored to its current state, Madri Haveli features elegant rooms with stained glass windows. The area around it is conserved for tourist heritage walk. The building itself is lovely and in a convenient location. The staff are fantastic too, Uvi welvomed me with open arms, the manager offered me an excellent upgrade for my second night at a great rate, and Jaitinder helped me big time to sort some bits and pieces which were causing me stress like recharging my sim card. If you are visiting Udaipur I'd reccommend Madri Haveli, quick walk to all the sights too!

We loved staying at Mahendra Prakash so much. Amazing place, great location, and super friendly staff. The room was very clean. The breakfast was really tasty.
