One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff was accommodating from the check-in desk to the team in the restaurant (especially Chris) to the housekeeping lady. The area is so magical and peaceful. The Spa is a big bounce. We took the chalet with 2 rooms, big space and comfy beds. All you need is available. There is a train station less than 5 mints on foot.

Este hotel de 3 estrellas superior está situado en el lago Wolfsgrubener, a solo 5 minutos en coche del centro de Renon. I was upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. I had a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. The wellness center had an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The hotel supplied a bathrobe and towels. The parking was sufficient. I was on half pension and enjoyed all the meals.

The property was clean the staff was exceptional I hade a great experience with every single staff member I talked to… they helped with every thing they could the explained every attraction around the property throughly … the breakfast was small but great omelets!! I had dinner one night at the hotels restaurant the food was great and fine! I cannot talk enough about the staff they took our harts with their love! It was 100 meters away from a cable car that takes you to bolzano so you dont need to move your car. Will be coming back
