One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff was accommodating from the check-in desk to the team in the restaurant (especially Chris) to the housekeeping lady. The area is so magical and peaceful. The Spa is a big bounce. We took the chalet with 2 rooms, big space and comfy beds. All you need is available. There is a train station less than 5 mints on foot.

I travel all the time and rarely take time to write reviews. This was 11/10. Food, peace, serenity and access to the outdoors. They have an incredible hiking room with all maps, books, etc. Easy to get around without a car as well. Bus passes to use during your stay (if you can get yourself to leave the wellness area) I highly recommend the nightly dinners. Everything is sourced locally and the menu changes daily. I can’t wait to return. It’s also 3rd generation, family owned.

Panoramic Lotsch offers accommodation with view in Sarntal, only steps from the Reinswald ski slopes. Everything about the hotel is perfect. From staffs, hotel amenities and the room are superb. I love the place. If you’re looking for a peaceful, chill and relaxing vacation, this is the one for you. Too bad that we only stayed for one night since we have a tight schedule. But we will surely comeback next time for a longer stay!!!

Slopes are 3 min drive away, there is ski bus as well as public bus in front of the hotel to take you there. Amazing and relaxing stay, staff was friendly.
