The whole atmoshere of the hotel is very different from staying in standard hotels which makes it an interesting place to stay. The restaurant is outsourced to an independent management but for breakfast hotel guests get a discount. The food, service and decor are very pleasant.

Pretty charming centrally located hotel. Very tidy and cosy. The hotel is walking distance from most of the interesting things in Karaganda and also has a good restaurant. I definitelly recommend.

Centrally located in Karaganda, in a quiet area next to the Botanical Gardens, Hotel Zumrat features a sauna and indoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi and parking are also available. The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, pillows and duvet were the best! We asked the receptionist for a recommendation , where would the local people eat, it was a fantastic recommendation, food the place everything. The breakfast was very nice, we are vegetarian and were catered for with no issues.
