They are genuine and they make sure you’re having a pleasant stay! They’ve also helped us to get a refund for one of the nights that we’ve canceled even though by mistake we clicked an option that won’t refund the money. They are paying attention to all details and care about their guests, totally! I will definitely come back!

Strategically nestled in the heart of Ashrafieh, minutes away from the airport and in close proximity to the capital’s most famous landmarks, including ABC mall, Hotel Dieu Hospital, Sassine Square,... Fantastic staff and great location. They were very helpful for us to hire a taxi and pay by card at the reception and kept us comfortable in an upgraded room. Room was very clean and room service is very quick. Also the restaurant food is very good quality and the breakfast was excellent.

We stayed at the Luxor Hotel to attend our son's wedding at a nearby location. The management and staff of the hotel couldn't have been more welcoming or more helpful. The room was well appointed with a lovely sea view. Traditional Lebanese breakfasts by the pool were a highlight. Would definitely recommend.

I forgot my watch when I checked out and on my way to the airport they called me to take it back and the driver from hotel took us back to take it while being so friendly, this hotel has the best staff ever they made our stay so amazing, definitely coming back
