Had a late check in. Staff stayed up late and remained in contact with me until I reached the guesthouse. There was plenty of water available on arrival and the bed was comfortable. The area was peaceful and we slept like babies.

Great location - right next to the KK night market. Really nice, clean room with so many amenities! Water, fridge (for all out market goodies) slippers, iron, + thoughtful details like an umbrella, and much more. All presented beautifully with nice ribbons and packaging. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and kind. They made sure that our every need was addressed. They even accommodated for a slightly later check out due to some issues we had. Very updated look + free upgrade to a window room. It is easy to see they take great pride in their accommodations and a positive experience for their guests. Loved our stay here and would come again.

struttura sopra la media per Sandakan. edificio più moderno degli altri si trova accanto al centro commerciale, proprio sul mare comodo punto d’appoggio per i tour nel borneo. personale super cortese e sempre disponibile. camera di dimensioni non super comode se si hanno due valigie grosse. con zaini meglio. bagno carino per gli standard della città e il prezzo non ci possiamo lamentare. è l’hotel forse più europeo dell città. i turisti sono molti. la colazione non è molto da europei, ma ci si arrangia.

Senza indulgere in lussi troverete tutto quello che serve: letti comodi, doccia funzionale, the e caffè con distributore di acqua calda e fredda nella sala comune, un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata e un wi fi stabile e potente, tra i migliori del nostro viaggio nel Borneo. La struttura è a due passi dal waterfront, dove ci sono diversi locali carini, affacciati sul mare, in cui cenare o bere qualcosa.

The beach is beautiful and clean, the whole resort and gardens are immaculate. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's a very family friendly resort. The only activities we did was kayaking in the lagoon and a cooking class which were both fun. The perfect place for some downtime and proper relaxation, especially a drink on the beach at sunset.

Amazing location in Kinabalu Park. We stayed in a Peak Cottage and woke up to a wonderful view of Mt Kinabalu. The cottage was perfect for our family of three. Great to have a separate lounge area. For us, this was a stop over between Sepilok and Kota Belud. It was perfect for the night and a reprieve from the heat. Lots of information on walking trails in the area. We choose to visit the botanical gardens, and they didn't disappoint

The beach views were amazing and the beach was perfect for our children to swim in. We had the whole beach to ourselves practically! The villa was well laid out and our kids LOVED the private pool. We would love to come back!

Everything was excellent! The spacious 1 bedroom suite was amazing with steam shower and whirlpool bath. We had balcony facing swimming pool and the beach. Very quiet place with not so many people around...you can have the beach just for yourself most of the day. Cleaning every day. Staff very helpfull..organized for us car rental, airport transfer and trips. The place is a bit remote (restaurants are in the Nexus hotel nearby-free transfer) or you can walk along the beach. I loved that we got a pocket wifi..so we could stay connected everywhere.

Suitable for family. Very clean room & comfortable. It's just the bathroom a bit slippery on the tiles, rug should have used the absorb water material. Other than that are all good.

Really spacious for the 5 of us. Stunning sea views and lovely large windows so we could enjoy the scenery. Air con and fans worked well and clothes could be dried on large rack with many hangers provided. Host very helpful and answered our questions promptly. Parking space allocated which was helpful since parking not easy there otherwise. Carpark a little confusing with lack of signs at places. One private pool available for use (one day closed for cleaning/week) and another public pool also. Amazing green area/ponds for koi, play area on the roof top area. Great location, would recommend.
