Located in Chitwan, 40 km from Tharu Cultural Museum, Chital lodge provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This 1-star hotel offers a bar. Our stay at Chital Lodge was truly amazing. The setting was a perfect blend of tranquillity and serenity while being surrounded by wildlife. The lodge was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The outside area was great to sit and relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Bishnu and his family were fantastic. We had delicious homemade food every day. They really looked after us. Then there was the safari. Bishnu offers a range of different types of safari. We chose a walking safari. It was one of the most exillerating things I have done in my life. We saw a large variety of wildlife, including lots of Rhino! Bishnu has a great passion for the wildlife in Chitwan, and what he doesn't know isn't worth knowing. We always felt safe with him. Thank you to Bishnu and his family. We will cherish these memories forever.

The owner and all the staff were really lovely and accommodating. I felt really looked after. My room was really lovely, bright and clean. It was also in a good location. The food was tasty in the hotel restaurant. The owner organises safari trips, so it made life really easy. It was all really good value for money. I went on a jeep safari and a full day trek and I saw lots of wildlife including 8 rhinos on the trek, which was amazing. The owner organised my bus to the next place I was visiting, he also arranged a tuk tuk for me to get to my bus and came with me in the tuk tuk to make sure I got my bus ok. He really made my stay a comfortable and easy one.

Everything has been great! The staff is very attentive at reception and in the restaurant. They provide you safaris excursions with Raj who is an expert in the jungle. The facilities are very good and they are making improvements in the swiming pool area. The room is spacious ,comfortable bed, AC and hot water work well. We decided to stay one more night because we felt relaxed.

From start to finish the staff couldn’t do enough to help ~ friendly yet professional. Aasish is very knowledgeable about the area and the national park & is also a very good nature guide. The hotel is quite new & therefore the rooms and hotel are modern & clean. The AC is definitely a welcome addition in this heat. Overall, I cannot fault my stay & would definitely recommend.
