Located in Glenorchy and only 35 km from Lake Wakatipu, Glenorchy Retreat Apartment provides accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. What a great spot. Beautiful little apartment with everything you need to relax and enjoy the area. Loved having a washing machine. Owners were accommodating, lovely to answer all my questions and give suggestions on where to eat etc.

Haast River Motels & Holiday Park offers a guest lounge, a shared kitchen and BBQ facilities. All accommodation features a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. This was a great stop in an extremely remote area. Considering the remoteness of the area this motel offered such great facilities. The room had almost all the necessary amenities. And it was very spacious and my family of 5 was very comfortable and satisfied. There was a super game room which was really cool. My kids enjoyed it alot even very late duting the night. I stopped on my way to Franz joseph and it was amazing.

Right next to the beach with a private path to the beach. Owner was very knowledgeable about local conditions and so helpful. Apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs had well equipped kitchen, good beds, good heating.
