The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable especially as was my birthday The room was so beautiful, clean very spacious. What truly sets JW Marriott apart is the extra effort they put into every aspect of their service. Whether it was the personalized welcome note & refreshments waiting for me in my room or the complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful view, then to top it off personalized birthday display with a cake and refreshments waiting for me when I returned from a day out. Every detail was carefully truly made my Birthday. Thank You ! The amenities offered by the hotel were also top-notch. From the exquisite dining options at Kitchen 7 to the state-of-the-art fitness center which was breath taking. Benji & Nadeeka were all so kind and helpful, really going the extra mile to make sure we was taken care of. For example always checking with us to have our sun beds ready awaiting for us ,bringing fresh cold water and assisting us using the facilities they have for us to use. Overall, my stay at JW Marriott Muscat was nothing short of exceptional. I am incredibly grateful for the extra effort the staff put in to make my visit truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

This 5-star beachfront resort in Muscat is a 15-minute drive from Muscat International Airport. It has a spa with massage services, swimming pools. Everything was perfect. We were able to switch rooms after the first night, since our first room was close to the kitchen and there was a very intense smell. The staff was so forecoming and nice and polite.

Se trata de un hotel sencillamente espectacular. Nos ha gustado todo de principio a fin. Los jardines, el gimnasio, la playa privada del hotel y el lobby son excepcionales. El desayuno es maravilloso. El hotel está bien situado y permite acceder a todas las atracciones de Mascate y del Norte del país con facilidad! El personal es muy amable y eficiente. El restaurante China Mood del hotel es muy recomendable. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de una estancia más larga. El hotel tiene mucho que ofrecer! Cada euro gastado merece la pena.

Comidas y cenas muy bien de precio, es bufet puedes probar distintas comidas todas muy bien cocinadas y muy buenas (eso si, picantes). A 8minutos en coche del paseo de mascate. Si vas a hacer tu viaje en coche esté es buen hotel.

Debido a la estructura urbana de Mascate, no se `puede decir que esté céntrico, pues es una ciudad sin un centro urbano (downtown) bien definido, pero está cerca del Palacio de la Opera. No obstante está bien comunicado con buenas avenidas con el resto de los puntos de interés de la ciudad.

The remarkable staff add an extra star! Great big "Thank you" to the manager Mr Jusup for making my stay comfortable, to Honey, Hamed at reception (sorry for forgetting the other names) for all your help, to Housekeeping for keeping me clean and tidy every day, to Tito and Sudhil at the Shisha bar for the nice coffees and tasty juices! The hotel is right in the centre of things. All you need is either on the same street or a few minutes' walk away...and it will be quite challenging to choose from the many restaurants around.
