The property is nicely set up and at an awesome spot right at lake Kivu. The interior of the restaurant and the room was great, we had a bonfire in the restaurant, the food was delicious, staff was very helpful and attentive. The room had a a nice secluded view over the lake and a small peaceful garden. There was a lot of attention to detail in everything.

El Lake Kivu Serena Hotel, situado a solo 3 km del centro de Gisenyi, ofrece piscina al aire libre, restaurante y bar. The rooms are big and comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped, including the hair dryer. Everything is clean and the stuff is very helpful. The location is great. There's a beautiful view on the lake. The breakfast were amazing, with many choices even for people who can't consume any lactose. There's a soy milk option which made my day. The swimming pool is clean. I would definitely return back.
