View changed from hour to hour, cloud sea like an ink painting one moment (not guaranteed, we were lucky), crisp night city lights twinkling in the distance at 4am, I could sit and watch all day long, except you are in some of the best (hilly) hiking in the country. All my photos from a single overnight stay. Good, simple breakfast. Very peaceful feeling. This is for the quad rooms. Smaller rooms will not have the terrace. Older photos do not show the classy partitions between each rooms' balcony. Would love to return for a whole week. Super kind hosts; don't speak English (I know rudimentary Chinese and used translation app).

The room was 1 hour before check-in time ready. It was located at the end of the corridor and was quiet, no noise from the corridor or neighbors. It was very clean, the bathroom equipped with a Japanese toilet and linnen also. Beds are very comfortable (for European standards), size is about 160 x 200 cm and we loved the black out curtains. AC worked perfectly and quiet. Western and Asian breakfast available which is different every day, not too much choice but just enough. At the breakfast area you can get free snacks and tea/water throughout the day. Free umbrella service available for rainy days. Recommended!
