Great location, right on the beach. The first floor terrace restaurant was lovely and the food was great. It offered good value for money and the boat trip was definitely worth doing, along with a trip to see the flying foxes! Brilliant!

This was the nicest place we could find near Chake Chake town. It was peaceful. The room was basic but comfortable and had what we needed. And the view from the front porch was beautiful. The food was really excellent! They served beer, too. The staff was unfailingly helpful and cheerful and kind.

The Aiyana Resort and Spa offers accommodation in Verani and features a restaurant. The resort has a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. What can I say about this hotel? PERFECT! Villa was amazing! With direct acess to the beach. With big entrance, a big living room (with fruits and snacks to welcome us), a big and perfect bed, and the most perfect bathroom! Every staff was always so helpfull and nice! Restaurant's food was delicious. This is the type of exquisite place you want to be. Not only they treat you like the most important person of the hotel, but they help a lot the comunity of the village around. I absolutly recomend this hotel!

Pemba Lodge is an eco-friendly resort offering bungalows made out of recycled boats and natural local materials. Absolutely stunning little place, incredible setting, staff go above and beyond to please you. Food absolutely incredible. The staff and local people are so humble, attentive and genuine. The setting is amazing and is a complete retreat. Local people and very friendly too. I’d definitely return for sure.

Located near the village of Makangale in North Pemba, Gecko Nature Lodge Home of Swahili Divers the BEST dive center and Famous Gecko Restaurant features a dive centre. A home away from home. The place is very remote and quiet. For nature lovers, it is a real paradise. Coconut crabs right on the property and many bush babies around at night. Food is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We went there to do our scuba certification and Mike the owner is the best teacher you can have. We stayed a week but wish we could have stayed longer.

Emerald Bay Resort is located in Chokocho village in the south of Pemba. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, this Arabic-styled resort faces a characteristic natural port. Service and Staff were extremely lovely and helpful! We actually had one of the best experiences in Zanzibar (Pemba).
