De Kloof Heritage estate is a Cape Dutch boutique hotel and spa , is just a few minutes walk into the heart of Swellendam. It has a 12-metre outdoor pool and spa with panoramic mountain views. Beautiful traditional thatched buildings set in beautifully maintained gardens. Our cottage was spacious and tastefully decorated. Water bed was sensational. I think that was my second experience of a water bed and loved it. Jocelyn and Linda were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and some lovely choices of continental and cooked dishes. Walking distance to the town, delightful cafes and restaurants. The museum is a must visit. Roy, the owner was very kind and interested in our well being. Pool was sensational!!!🤣

Aquaelberg Place se encuentra en Swellendam, en la región de Provincia Occidental del Cabo, a 12 min a pie de Drostdy Museum. The location was beautiful, delicious breakfast, and the owners were incredible. So friendly and caring, and I would love to visit again :)

We were just driving through and needed a place to stay. The hostess was lovely and accommodating. The unit is fully equipped nice kitchen, braai and the rooms are comfy with a backup generator. As a bonus (if you like animals) there were donkeys sheep and chickens to hang out with. Would stay there again anytime.
