Our flight from Cape Town to Newark New Jersey was cancelled at the last minute and we were desperate to find a room. We were fortunate to find the Town Bellville Lodge. The woman at the reception desk couldn't have been nicer. The room was just what we needed. Everything was clean and overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Lovely room, very spacious and the bathtub is priceless. Had the best sleep, better than in my own bed. The staff were fabulous as I’ve almost around midnight and they made it very easy to check in to my room. The restaurant is fantastic, definitely the staff take it to the next level.

I hope we will be back sometime

O Protea Tyger Valley é um hotel 3 estrelas bem localizado que oferece excelente vista da Table Mountain. I lost my flight connection to Cape Town and they allowed to move my booking to the next day without charges, I appreciate it much! Besides that, very friendly staff, they even give a beer upon checking in. Breakfast was delicious and there is a nice view of the city

The rusks, fruit and chocolate were such a treat. The good coffee was much appreciated. I can highly recommend this property and will definitely be back again. The best self catering room I have ever stayed in. Tyger Valley Shopping Centre is only a 5 minute drive away, which makes the location in this quiet, safe neighbourhood perfect.
