In the heart of the nubian village, nothing bad to say about the room. Loved the staff the young lady that works in the front desk (I forgot to ask for her name) but she was amazing really good English and she is there to help if you need tours, car ride etc.

My recent stay at The Zen Wellness was exceptional, with impeccable service, outstanding food, and top-notch spa amenities that made my experience truly unforgettable The buffet breakfast has variety of food options, i never struggled to enjoy a good meal for breakfast also the set menu of dinner was AMAZING especially the location overlooking to river Nile . The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!

My mother has fled the war in Sudan with a bus , when she arrived to Aswan everyone was very helpful We booked this hotel for her to rest from the tiredness that she felt then continue the journey to Cairo She felt very welcomed and she said that the staff was very friendly and nice and supported her on her stay there. They even suggested to book her train tickets to Cairo. And they made sure that she arrived safely to Cairo :) Thank you so much ( and sorry for the misunderstanding that happened) . please ask for Sarah the manager every time you go there , she is very nice and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Movenpick Aswan Resort Hotel. The complimentary boat ride was a unique and hassle-free experience with frequent shuttles. The cart service from the boat to the hotel was convenient. The personalized welcome reception, spacious and clean rooms, and the option for adjoining rooms for our family made our stay comfortable. The hotel's size was impressive, and while we couldn't explore it all, we were pleased with what we experienced. The attentive staff promptly addressed our requests and concerns, enhancing our overall experience. The family massage was a highlight, and the buffet dinner left us all delighted, especially the children. Even with an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully provided snacks for us to take along. I'm looking forward to returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.

This was our second stay at the hotel. it was great. We asked for a late check out because of a change of schedule in our flight. The client relations person and the manager accepted it at no cost until 4pm! We could have lunch and use the fantastic pool. This hotel offers great customer service.
