First of all, thank you to Address Istanbul for making my stay so delightful. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I felt exceptionally welcome. I appreciate when people pay attention to the details in hospitality, and Address Istanbul excels at this. My overall rating is a 10/10, and I want to extend my special thanks to all the employees for their outstanding work. They are always happy to help or explain certain information about the hotel and its surroundings. Their warm welcome and helpful reminders made my stay incredibly comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can assist you with everything. I highly recommend visiting the top floor of the building for incredible views of the whole city. Just ask the concierge, and they will explain where to go. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Its location next to Emaar Square is perfect for dining and shopping, and the hotel's own dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. Additionally, the spa on the 11th floor is very good, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

at first the entrance of the hotel is so easy. they have free parking and valet service. from the beginning they make you feel like in your home and the persons who welcome you at the reception was so nice / professional . they speak english very well and they have also persons who speak another languages (if i heard right german and rushian ). bellboys always running and tring to fix all the issues who need the taxi / wifi / luggages etc. seems like every staff is happy and they also make guests to feel happy. buffet was absolutely excellent and the persons who serve the plates was professional. i also need to mention about the cleaning because you can not see even dust on the air. everywhere is clean and has good smell. i will be back again in the near future. Thank you Vital Team.
