Perfect view from the terrace to the sea. Washing machine, dishwasher, climatization in every room, bathroom separately for every room. Fresh Fruits in the yard. The house was clean and everything was nice and new. Communication with Ivan was perfect. Starigrad-Paklenica is an amazing place to stay, the mountains are beautiful along the sea.

Very nice place, nicely furnished and with all the amenities, stuff and things you might ever need on holiday, there was really everything, even mosquito nets (first time I saw them in Croatia :-) ). Landlady was very nice, also prepared some fruits & sweets for us. It also had coffee machine and Jacuzzi which was not mentioned in the description so this was nice surprise. It has nice small garden and you can have BBQ there. Location is great, with great view over the Mountain, close to beach and straight across the street is local shop, also nearby are other shops and also local market and restaurants. Also, there is lot things to do / see nearby (Paklenica national park, Zrmanja River Canyon, Krka national park). We visited off season (November), the weather was still nice, lots of sunshine and good for hiking, with cheaper prices and few tourists. Sea was cold but we did swim. I can imagine it must be also very nice in the summer, although probably packed with tourists. Honestly this is the best place we ever visited in Croatia! :-)

It is located on very quiet place. We slept only one night there. I have to thank once more the owner and her friend - we had a massive delay and arrived at 3 am in the morning. We got lost and she managed with the neighbor to navigate us to the place. Thanks a lot once more!

The house is super cute, fully equipped, you can see that owners put their heart into it, it’a beautiful and very comfortable. There is a garden with fresh grapes and figs! And the owners are the nicest people! They left us a ‘welcoming pack’ with some local snacks, explained everything and made sure we felt welcome. House is not far from the beach, we’re with a toddler, it took us about 5 min. to get to the sea. The beaches are pebbly and quite small, for us it was ok - less crowdy and more private.

Everything what is needed for a longer stay is available. The feeling was as if we were at home with all what you need. Silence and relaxation are guaranteed!

Very private. Right in front of the water. Generous private parking. Master bedroom has full view of the sea, you sleep and wake up to the gentle sound of the waves. Kitchen is well equipped and dinnerware is of very good quality. The bathrooms are very nice. Short drive to the Paklenica National Park and grocery store. Lots of outdoor space with the large covered patio, lots of space to soak the sun around the private dock and the sea water is very clean and clear. Great view of the stars at night.

This was a disappointment since the Villa had 4 stars and the Hotel had "only" 3 stars. Comparing these two, the Hotel Vicko had better breakfast. The breakfast area was crowed and a little dark.
