Beautiful Yurtel in a great location between the Gullfoss and the Geysir. We were driving the highland road F35 afterwards, so the location was great for our purposes. The Yurtel are very comfortable inside, like a 4* hotel room. There was even a tea cattle with tea bags inside - which is great at the end of the day. The beds are very comfortable. Living among the nature and waking up in the morning and stepping outside for an amazing view to the glacier, the grassland, to the sun standing low is such a wonderful memory for us. There are toiletts and showers near the Yurtel 1, where the breakfast is served. Behind the Yurtel 1 live some wild rabbits, who don't go away - saw them in the evening and in the morning. The breakfast was very nice, there was Skyr, fruit, toast with ham, 3 sorts of marmelade and cheese and I think boiled eggs, and of course coffee and tea. We loved everything about our stay. Also nice that you can visit the Geysir and the Gullfos in the morning, if the wheather was bad last day. On the way to the Yurtel we visited the Secret Lagoon - very nice there, highly recommended, with not so high prices compared to others (50% of the Myvatn Nature baths, and is just as nice or better).

Guests at the luxury tent can enjoy hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Perfect dome- high end bedroom space, fireplace thats easy and cozy to use, beautiful kitchenette/dining area, and clean modern bathroom/shower all within dome. Overall, exactly what I expected from glamping. The only thing is that if you keep the curtain open, you are about 15-20m from other Domes and hence will need to close curtains for full privacy. Super peaceful and luxe, would love to come again for longer romantic/relaxing stay. Also close to Selfoss small town 10 mins so very easy to get to.

Toilet and shower is a few meters away and just as charming as the yurt. It all adds to the experience! Breakfast was great, way too much actually! Absolutely the best stay we had in Iceland on our two week trip. Wish we would have had an extra night here! Tip for anyone complaining about that it's hard to find: just follow the route descriptions you get by e-mail and you will be just fine.

This luxury tent provides a terrace. It was absolutely perfect! Amazing view, comfortable bed. Kitchenette was well equipped. Fireplace was easy to use and made it feel like home. I will definitely visit again.

We stayed for 1 night and had real luck that it was available. The yurt is mega cozy, romantic, warm and comfortable. It has everything you might need (contrary to one might think when you see a "tent"). The hosts live nearby and are so welcoming and kind, we're ever so grateful. An absolute must-visit for couples!

This luxury tent features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is situated 43 km from Thingvellir National Park. Perfect!!!! We had an amazing time. Definitely will be back again.

The nearest airport is Hornafjordur Airport, 25 km from the luxury tent. About 30 minutes from Hofn and right off the Ring Road, the tents are in a beautiful location only 2 miles from the base of a glacier, which we were able to hike to. There are sheep roaming around, so watch where you step! Bathrooms were clean (no showers, which we knew), the water for hand washing was quite chilly, but we were happy there were real toilets. The bed was firm but comfy and the bedding kept us warm. It was a great experience!

The nearest airport is Reykjavík Domestic Airport, 63 km from the luxury tent. Visited for two weeks for our honeymoon - the pictures did not do it justice as the view continuously took our breath away everytime we left our tent! Staff was surprisingly friendly and proffesional, and all the facilities were nearly spotless (except when a guest for some reason vomited in the sink in the bathroom in the middle of the night, which was cleaned up within 12 hours) Multiple hiking trails of different lengths exist in the immediate vicinity, hosting a wide range of scenery. A grocery store/restaurant is located only a 10 minute walk away, and the nearest city only 10 minutes by car. We had to send a package to the location in advance as well, and the staff was more than willing to pick up the package for us and deliver it to our tent before we arrived (the post office was stupidly complicated though, so we ended up having to pick it up ourselves anyway) Would recommend for anyone wanting a quiet getaway!
