TL;DR: Wonderful choice of a hotel, with nice facilities, ample amenities, and a nice neighborhood. We had a great stay at Act Hotel Roppongi. The facilities are modern and pleasant, the amenities are generous, the staff was lovely, there were little treats that we really appreciated, like free coffee and ice cream, as well as access to the roof garden, which was amazing. The location is really convenient for getting around Tokyo, and there are many shops, izakaya, bars, and clubs nearby. Attractions like the Tokyo tower, teamLab Borderless, the National ART Center, and more, are also accessible on foot from the hotel. Overall, we are really pleased with our choice. While the reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly positive, there are some mentioning the room sizes are small. Also, there are many guides online insisting that the best places to stay in Tokyo for ease of transportation are Shinjuku and Shibuya. From our experience, these two concerns do not really hold much water. The cheaper rooms are quite small at 11 square meters, yes, but if you have up to 2 carry-on suitcases and other smaller bags, the room space will suffice. The interior is arranged in a very efficient way, with no compromises made in the shower, toilet or bed space. The passageway, while not exactly spacious, can fit 2 carry-on suitcases laid flat easily. The only space that is a bit crammed is the bathroom sink. Although it was not a problem for us, it may be a problem for bigger people. It's worth noting that the hotel also offers access to the terrace, coffee, soft serve ice cream and things like toothbrushes, pijamas, slippers and other stuff,all complimentary, which is very appreciated. Also, the staff can speak English and are very kind and helpful. Now, about the location. The hotel is located close to 3 metro lines, so you could be anywhere in Tokyo in under 30 minutes.

Grand Hyatt Tokyo is an award-winning luxury hotel centrally located in Roppongi Hills, a multi-use complex housing shops, restaurants, a cinema, art museum and observatory. Perfect location. Premium quality of Hyatt service and rooms. My daughter got sick after having apple juice in the morning. The manager went out of his way to visit a nearby drugstore and spoke with the clerk to find the proper medication for my daughter. I was so thankful for his sincerity and willingness to help.
