The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our holiday and the hotel is utterly unique. This establishment has character, a sense of history and place, and is in a wonderful location to explore New York. In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

This hotel was everything we could have asked for. A stunning view from the 41st floor, comfortable beds, clean rooms, great location and super friendly staff. After reading some reviews we had low expectations for the included breakfast but we where pleasantly surprised. The breakfast has more than enough options for everybody so I don’t understand the criticism. We loved our stay and we would recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit New York!

The staff is friendly The rooms are well thought out. With good attention to detail! The lounge and the 360-view rooftop are outstanding. We even enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast at the hotel entrance! Highly recommend!

Tasuta hommikusöögiga Hyatt House New York/Chelsea asub Empire State Buildingust 644 m kaugusel. I liked the facilities in the rooms. We booked a king suite as I have a baby so it made it a lot easier to manage her routine and be able to make and store food for her. The rooms were clean and spacious. I also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and professional. Overall an absolute delight compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in New York.

It’s rare to find a hotel like this in New York. Everything was clean, new and elegant. Friendly and helpfully staff.

INNSIDE New York NoMad is located 644 metres from Madison Square Park and less than 1 km from the Empire State Building. Madison Square Garden is 483 metres away. Free WiFi is offered. Everything was perfect and I will definitely return.
